I'm facing a black screen when trying to open the FTL in windows XP,I have got Core 2 duo processor with 2 gb ram and My graphics card is Radeon HD 5450 ,

Is this a laptop or a desktop computer? Have you verified your drivers are the most recent available from the manufacturer?
