FTL and colorblindness.

Post by Sephirothiel »

Hello everyone,

First of all, let me thank you for the game, it's really great and I hardly have any complaint, one of the best games of 2012. I actually like it so much that I gifted it to two of my brothers and there came the problem, let me explain:

One of my brothers is colorblind, so he can hardly see progressively changing tints or the difference between white and pink and generally it gets to red before he can really notice it, which led me to open a thread about it here.
Would you be able to include a colorblind mode, like a small indication of the O2 level in the different rooms to allow colorblind people to play in the best possible conditions?

Thank you very much.

Sorry about that! Improving colorblind functionality is definitely on the list of things to do. I'm glad you've been enjoying the game so much though.

One other thing I'd like to point out is the subtle colouring difference between your guys and their guys. That has been a bit of an issue of mine.
