love the mod the one thing i disliked was the texture of the cruiser, so instead of simply asking you to make a new one, i retextured the regular kestrel myself, it looks better in my opinion, but better or not, it took a ton of work! this is my way of saying thanks for the awesome mod hope you like it

I really hate to resurrect this thread but I just wanted to pop in to say that I'm finally back after a year. I'm reading through all the feedback now. Expect more mods in the future ;D
Doesn't really work with the updated game.
Mainly the ships layers are out of alignment. Everything seems to work fine, the only exception is that the Wildfire Blast laser doesn't really have an animation other than charging up; when firing the only thing i see is an explosion and then the weapon starts charging up.
