Basically, say you finish the game, you can choose a crew member to save; this would save their stats and give you an option to use said crewmember when starting a new game.

I think the game needs this maybe even a way to surpass the 2 star ranking maybe after ever mission add another star up to 5?

As for levels, would like to see additional levels, maybe unlocked by doing multiple playthroughs. For example, you need to be maxed out at level 2 in a skill, the next game you run with this character, it could advance to level 3 say for twice the exp it needed for level 2. Then the next playthrough if it had maxed out level 3 skill, it could advance to level 4, if not it could only still max out at level 3.
