Some generated nodes not accessible

I just generated a Mantis-controlled sector where about 7 nodes in the lower left-hand corner had no jump paths to any other nodes but each other. This made them inaccessible to me. Not game-breaking but I don't believe this is intended either.

Here is two screenshots showing that the nodes are not accessible at the two closest points, though I did check all of them to be sure.

Don't know how often this crops up, but maybe this will help track down the issue.

You made a great game and I'm looking forward to any new games or updates you release. Thanks a lot!

The devs know about this possibility, and have said that they do not consider it to be a bug, but a pinch of mystery added to the game.

What matters is that the exit beacon is always reachable, and that the quest markers are always reachable. If you find one of those two cases, then you have a bug, and the best you can do is Save&Quit immediately and send the continue.sav file to the devs.
