He's using two Ion Blasts Mk2 and a laser, plus two offensive drones. Honestly, 50 percent of his victory was there. The other 50 was on the repair beacon and the store being so close to him. Besides, three Oxygen, three MedBay and Cloaking... I'd have chosen Teleport before that. The missiles made him suffer for a while.
