Invisibility recovery time and levels

Hi guys

Is the cool down time for invisibility function going to be affected by how many bars have been charged? I'm thingking about only leave one bar for invisibility functiong while it is cooling down and charge the other two bars back when invisibilitiy function is ready.

Some Advice

Unless you have the stealth ship or stealth weapons, you shouldn't power it fully for the final 2 stages of the boss fight. The longer you stay in stealth, the longer it takes for it to recharge, this matters on the final fight, when you want it to be recharged by the time the next power surge comes.

Though that is a legit strategy. Just remember to wait till the last second before stealth goes down, and then take away power from it. You won't be able to reallocate power when it is on cool down.
