Easy way to defeat final boss

I think a easy way to defeat the final boss is this setup that I am going to tell you.
You will need a 4 seat teleporter tough (I myself had the crystal ship).

Setup:
Shield lvl 8
Engine lvl 8
o2 lvl 3 ( lvl 1 is fine but I had extra scrap )
medbay lvl 3
Teleporter lvl 3 - Boarding party for me was 2 crystal crew and 2 mantis. ( I think any can work. the crystal man is very useful to destroy the system's tough since no one can get in or out )
Cloak lvl 3
Weapons lvl 3 You just need 1 weapon for this fight. Just to get their shield down.
Doors lvl 3
camera lvl 3

Fight recap
Total crew lost : 0
Total damage : 3 per phase
Total crew kill's on enemy : all of them ( wanted 1 left but accidentally killed the last one )
Frustration lvl: 0

Tactic
Phase 1: Destroy the missiles first, then the ion, then the laser and finally the beam ( This is for extra dmg ). You can also use your cloak to dodge the missile. After doing this you will need to get their shield down so that you can start shooting with your 1 weapon and getting to phase 2. This is all you need to do in phase 1.

Phase 2: Again destroy the weaponry first now there will be power surge's, you will need to cloak if their 3 weapons aren't down. after that you just get the drone control so that you do not get constantly attacked. Then just destroy their shield. And try to get 2 survivor's on their ship so that they only 1 person boards your ship. And use your weapon to finish phase 2

Phase 3: Cloak is most useful at this phase. because they now have a zoltan shield. So just use your weapons to get the shield down. Then destroy the missiles then shield's then finish with weapons. And you are done.

boarding is the easist way to beat the boss. Just so long as you dont kill everyone. If you do then AI kicks in and start auto repairing everything. I prefer to complately ignore the engines and just get defence drones. usualy you can get atleast 1 Defense drone 2

Everything is easy with maxed out secret ship with secret crew and secret weapons.

I have so much trouble with phase two and three. x_x I usually board the ship and clear out the whole crew except the laser guy in phase one. Don't tend to take damage here. Once phase two hits and the drones start going nuts, it's game over for me. x_x

One time I got to phase three, but got destroyed by the laser volley the boss shoots out occasionally. Couldn't get through its super shield quick enough.

Maybe I should invest in cloaking next boss run. I just can never afford it when I run into it in shops.
