I recently bought faster than light from steam and i downloaded and opened the game fine. However the game wasn't on full screen and i couldnt maximise it. I selected options and clicked on full screen, it told me to restart the game. When i restarted the game the screen went black and the words INPUT NOT SUPPORTED started to slowly bounce around my screen in red. This happens whenever i open the game.
Please Help

Re: Input Not Supported
Please navigate to your FTL installation folder and delete the "settings.ini" file. Since you bought it on Steam, it will be located here:
(Steam Install)/steamapps/common/FTL Faster Than Light
If your monitor does not support at least 1280x720 then you will likely not be able to support fullscreen. FTL requires a minimum resolution of 1280x720, as listed in the system requirements
Very sorry about that. Let me know if you do support higher resolutions and I'll see if we can figure out why it's not working.

I'm not a Steam user, but I can try to help you a little bit.
You need to search first for the main folder where Steam stores all the games. Typically, it should be inside C:\Program Files (or a similarly named directory). There should a be directory called Steam in there.
Once you have found it, double-click on "steamapps", then "common", then "FTL Faster Than Light". The settings.ini file should be found there.

Re: Input Not Supported
Did you try playing with various settings in the game? I have yet to get the new version, so I can't guide more, but I know the devs have added more settings in the game menu related to v-sync, fullscreen and such.
Also, when the game if off, you can try editing the settings.ini file (just double-click on it to open an editor). There is a small section at the bottom of the file with some comments on how you can try manually settings resolution. After you have edited the file, start the game again, and see if things are better. Don't worry,if you totally screw up the file and the game doesn't start any more, just delete it, it will be created again the next time the game starts.
