Suggestion: Kazaak start with combat mastery

Just unlocked the Mantis cruiser, and felt it was strange that Kazaak (who you also get as a crew member, in addition to the ship and resources) starts without combat mastery.

Since he is meant to be this pirate/warrior master, and the crew on the ship you fight has all got leveled combat mastery (judging from their damage) I think it would be logical that Kazaak should have it. It would also make the quest more worth actively going for even after you have the ship unlock.

Kazaak as in KazaaakplethKilith? It would be a good idea, considering he's the most feared pirate in the Federation.

Suggested before. Though dunno if this guy speciically, though hopefully he'd be the first to get this treatment.
