so im doing the no shield challenge, and cloak is most important... unforgettably, i keep on forgetting Cloak dose not reset even when your safe >.> so i sometimes run into enemys with no cloak avalible. i think this should reset just like Teleporter, cause you have to w8, what will happen if you just sit... except waste time.

FYI, im actully doing very well, 1st run, am at Sector 4? i think, atm, Galve Laser, Ion Blast, Duel Laser, level 3 cloak, and level 6 engine. and a crew of 4... which is more than enuff ><

This would improve my quality of life greatly. Should probably only allow it to auto regenerate if you jump out in a none combat situation when the ship isn't on fire.

Actually right now its a two way problem.

1) If you have heavilly ioned systems, like shields with 4 stacks of ion damage, you have to wait for it to clear until you jump in the other sector, same goes for cloak.

2) On the other hand, if you have enemy ship on fire and ready to blow, or out of oxygen, and your crew on it, your teleporter ionisation is instantly removed and no cooldown is added, so you can save your guys from otherwise a fatal situation.

I'd suggest having all ion damage cleared from all systems upon battle end and upon jump, if there is no fire on ship and no intruders.
Also, upon battle end i'd suggest doing a forward-in-time check wether or not enemy ship will (or theoretically can) receive damage in the next <current transporter cooldown + transporter cooldown on max invested power * round up ((number of units aboard enemy ship minus 2) / 2)> or wether there o2 generator is down or theoretically can go down in that interval. In such case, you should have to wait for teleporter to cool down normally.

What we really need is FastForward key, like in Anomaly. That'd solve many more problems than just waiting for cloak to cool down.
