Crystaline Cruiser unlock?

Hey guys

I have recently tried to unlockt he Crystaline Cruiser. I got the stasis pod repaired and also got the Crystal crew member. But when I goto the Rock homeworld no quest marker appeared. I found a post that I need to find a quest marker for it but it just didnt appear. Did I do something wrong?

It's not at a quest marker, just at a random star. You might consider save scumming (if you're not against it, anyways) to make sure you don't miss it.

How do I do save scumming? You mean save and quit then copy my folder and paste back if I dont find it? I might do that the next time

but if I do that will sectors be pre made or are they always scrambled up? So I wont miss the Rock Homeworld

Is there any way to see ahead of time what sectors are on the map?
Currently we only see colors, and you can kinda hope based on color/position.
The Rock Homeworld, for instance I think I saw as a red sector 6 option? I remember it was red anyway. But there's other red sectors that appear in the sector 5-7 columns , so even if things look promising the needed location might not have even been on the map from clicking go...

I'd like to be able to the end of sector 1 and then know right away if the needed locations are not available so I can restart.

If I got a crystal crew member and then had a chance to jump to the Rock Homeworld, you bet your life I would back up my profile before even jumping into / generating that sector.

I wish I would have done that trust me...

Heres some extra info for others searching: Using the Rock cruiser gives you 100% chance to find the chamber when encountering the empty ship you get a blue option

Hah! I finally did it it was a pain tho been trieng to get lucky in my galaxy generation for the last few days

You can also buy alot of special weapons in the Crystal realm
