Stealth cruiser full playthrough on normal

If you're having problems using the stealth cruiser, I have a 2 hour video of me
playing through to the end. It's tricky before you get shields, but stealth is very powerful.

I made it to phase 2 of the boss. Had I had better weapons and a bit better strategy, I believe I could have beat him. I will try again, and if I succeed I will post the video.

Well done, but Layout A has good weapons that can take out enemy weapons quickly, show me Layout B, which I could not take past sector 3 in 20 tries, it seems impossible! The glaive just charges way too long. Attack Drones and super shields are game over.

Can you manage to achieve "Bird of Prey - Destroy a ship at full health during a single cloak in the Stealth Cruiser" ?
Is that mean need to cloak at the very beginning and destroy the enemy before the cloak time out ? That really difficult

@jamotide: Unfortunately, I never recorded my plays, but yes, it's actually very much possible. See this thread for some strategies: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2839

@DHL: You can easily unlock it in the 1st Sector by fighting 1 of those no-Shield Auto Drones. Your starting weapon is strong enough to kill the ship in 1 hit.

Just did this today-
1. I'm not sure, but I hit the cloak button, then unpaused very briefly so the lines started to fade, then paused again.
2. I used the starting weapons + hull laser. The 2 shot one that gets double damage if you hit a systemless room.
3. You probably NEED cloak 3. The big issue is that the entire exploding animation has to play and you have to get your scrap before you uncloak. Maybe cloak 2 with fire while cloaked...not sure.

Anyways with the above setup there are several ships you can alpha strike into the dirt. Just tank some hits(pray they don't hit your weapons) until your cloak is up. Then cloak, unpause VERY briefly, pause again. Small laser first. Unpause. See if both shots hit(you may need both for damage you may not). If they do then pause IMMEDIATELY. Target the mini beam where you can get the most damage. You should get 3 or 4 damage unless its a drone, in which case you're stuck with 2. Finally target any empty room with the hull laser. If everything hits you should get it.

It's a little obnoxious, but I recommend you just start playthroughs with this goal in mind. You can possibly do it later, but sector 1 and 2 are the easiest. You'll have to be creative with weapons and I recommend easy as well. Just make sure you get the absolute max amount of damage out of that mini beam if you're using it(target I recall mantis and rock ships being easier.)
