Boarding and not fully repaired systems
Right now boarding party ignores not fully repaired systems such as on AI auto ships. Lost boarding party standing in a room with destroyed cloak device then AI suddenly cloak and my boarders died unable to teleport back. Weapons for instance then hit room with system being repaired destroy repair progress and crew need to spend time again to repair. Maybe autorepair works different but right now it is puzzling how system can be repaired without interruption then boarders in the room. Maybe change this and give autoships system repair drones instead of magic repair?

well .. usualy they don't have any doors and then it would need to redesign all ships to have drone control room.
It could be better if present crew prevent any autofixing ... like .. here nanobots, suck my hammer instead of repairing.

First of drone have separated compartments but never have cloak, instead it got shields lvl5 sometimes :] Second type have accessible compartments with doors and sometimes cloak. As second type of drone usually responsible for killing crew by cloaking - putting repair drone on it will be logical as layout already have empty space for drone system.
