Suggestion: a Fast Forwad Button.

Instead of instantly recharging the FTL drive and Teleporter (and now I believe the cloak too?), maybe make all of those the normal rate, but add a fast forward button.
That way, you won't have to patch it again for the general ion damage on systems, and medbay healing, and oxygen replenishment, and the general bitterness toward many things in the forums would stop.
In addition, unfairly-saving the ship/crew from breaches and fires won't happen.
