Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me with an issue I have ran into.

I am using The Basalisk ship (Mantis Layout B) and I have a fire beam, ion bomb and heavy ion, aswell as 2 boardimg drones and 3 mantis and a rock to teleport in. In the first stage my drones destroyed the O2 so all the crew died unfortunately meaning the AI took over, which is fine. I am on the third stage and the Flagship has 1 hull bar left with all systems on red, the problem is the the flagship AI is not repairing the systems (I left it unpaused for 15mins) so the drones cannot destroy them injuring the ship. I have no offensive weaponry and the ship has no available weapons so we are just stuck in eternal stalemate. I have stored the save so when you get back to me I would be most grateful, thanks guys!

Ouch, you are indeed stuck in stalemate. A very rare kind of stalemate, especially since you clearly overpowered the mothership.

The only option is to jump to a nearby beacon then attack the ship again. It will be repaired and hopefully you will have better luck. If there is still a store close enough (not likely i know) you may be able to buy a direct weapon or attack drone.

No idea why the mothership is not healing itself. I'd call that a bug. If it repaired something you could easily finish the ship off with a boarding attack.

Are the flagship's rooms breached? Automated repairing will not function in a breached and broken room. But since you didn't have any breach bombs, that seems unlikely. Any chance we could get a screenshot?

Sorry about the stalemate

Some of the rooms would likely be breached from the boarding drones entering, but no way would every single one of the systems be breached.

Actually every time the ship uses a power surge the drones explode and yes every room had at least 1 breach so that must be it, a shame, thanks for the help though guys
