[Yes, this is a thread about FTL Let's Plays. Thanks for taking the time to check out this thread, and thanks in advance for watching any o the videos, should you choose to do so. I am going to link to the first video of each playthrough in the list below, and most likely post updates in the thread as I release new episodes. anyway, loving the videos, trying to get the slug B atm as well as the stupidly elusive and audacious mantis cruiser, i had a tele on rock B and was JUST going to get medbay 2 and Kazaak decided to show himself when i was 1 scrap away from medbay 2. grumble grumble mantis grumble grumble

Great videos and you have a wonderful voice, maybe the next David Attenborough?

I'm glad you're enjoying the videos: I'm also having a lot of fun making them. I actually like recording FTL playthroughs more than not recording them. I get more into the games because there's more on the line.

Ouch, though, losing a new cruiser like that sucks. Having missed the Zoltan Cruiser several times for equally irritating reasons, I know what that's like. >.>

Thanks! A bunch of people have been saying they like my voice, which has been pretty surprising for me. I've never really considered my voice particularly interesting.

Just started digging thru your FTL "archives" last night; they're a lot of fun to watch. Nice to find a LP of FTL by someone who is both A ) interesting to listen to and B) and has a solid grasp on the game and doesn't make mistakes and poor decisions constantly.

While watching, say, NorthernLion fumble his way to defeat, making snarky comments as he goes down in flames is fun, it's a bit frustrating to watch him only make it to the last boss once every 8 videos, only to die in Phase one over and over. Your videos have impressed me in that you keep up the interesting commentary for the whole run, while making sound decisions and giving the last boss your best shot pretty much every time.

Going to say you're in my Top 5 list for "good FTL vids on YouTub". I'll be throwing well-deserved Likes on all your vids; keep up the good work. Even if you don't have huge numbers, there are still those of us out there who appreciate your hard work in making entertaining vids.
