The crystal ship achievements are seriously bugged.

It's been mentioned before, but the "Sweet Revenge" achievement is bugged and will activate upon any damage being done with crystal vengeance, not just a finishing blow.
Then in my last run I got the "No Escape" achievement despite there being only 2 enemy crew in the room. I'm not entirely sure, but I think it triggered because I had 4 of my own crew in the room.
Lastly, the "Clash of the Titans" achievement should probably have its description edited to make it clear if it has to be done in one run, or across all playthroughs.
