After letting my ship get to one hull, I can click restart in the menu and instantly get the Tough Little Ship Achievement.

I did a search on the forums, it seems no one has had this bug, and I'm not sure if this particular bug has been patched as:

FTL Version 1.02.5 Live [YET ANOTHER UPDATE]: ..."-Tough Little Ship Achievement fixed"

doesn't state which bug was fixed.

Sadly my patch fixed one bug but created another. I'll get that one fixed in a future patch hopefully. Thanks for the report
