Hello everyone,

During this playthrough, I was attempting to unlock the crystal cruiser.

We're only in the second sector, so there's still a lot of exploration ahead. What's interesting is that I have 4 jumps available from the starting beacon.

I choose one randomly and am a bit disappointed to find that I triggered the second event before reaching the stasis pod.

At the next beacon, I encounter a distress signal and manage to retrieve the stasis pod. A bit too late, isn't it?

The frustration was almost enough to make me restart the game, but I decided against it. I'm glad I didn't because in the next sector, which happened to be Zoltan, I acquired the crewmember I needed and ultimately unlocked the ship. But that's a story for another time!

Oh man, I’ve totally been there—thinking I blew the crystal cruiser unlock by hitting the wrong beacon order. It’s such a relief when things still line up later, like finding the pod after the second event or getting lucky in a Zoltan sector. Sometimes FTL throws you a curve, but that’s what makes those successes feel so good! Drift Boss
