New weapon ideas

Here's a few ideas I had for weapons:

Heavy Laser mk III
* 4 power bars
* 3 shots at 2 damage/shot
15s charge time (not too low, but less than the burst laser mk III because it only deals slightly more damage to a ship without shields and considerably less to shields)

Hull Heavy Laser/Heavy Hull Laser
* 2 damage per shot
* 4 damage to systemless rooms
* breach chance

More beams that have more than 1 power. The text which says they are partially shield piercing seems incorrect at first because the majority of beam weapons only deal 1 damage, meaning they aren't shield piercing at all. It would be nice also if the Anti-bio beam had a base damage of two, allowing half of its damage to pierce a single unit of shields. But I'd also like to see a 2 and 3 damage mini-beam, and a 2 damage pike beam. It would also be cool to have a 4 damage mini-beam and a 3 damage pike beam which might cost more than 4 power bars of course! And howabout an anti-ship beam drone mk II? It could use a 2-damage mini-beam which would make it pierce 1 shield bar. Finally, it would be nice if the hull beam dealt a base damage of two and half to systems instead of its current functionality, which would allow systemless rooms to take 1 damage when there was 1 unit of shield in place. And need a hull halberd or pike beam!!

Shield pierce beam
* 1 damage per room
* pierces 1 unit of shields

Shield pierce beam mk II
* 2 damage per room
* pierces 1 unit of shields

Bio bomb
* does no system damage but deals 3 damage to crewmembers and possibly leaves a poisonous cloud which damages living things like fire (doesn't hurt engi)

Double bomb
* places two charges in the room which detonate at the same time, dealing 2 system and crew damage each. The second one has a good chance of landing in a random nearby room.

Super laser
* 2 power bars
* 14s charge time
* fires 1 shot that deals 4 damage

Anti-drone rocket
* 1 power bar
* fires a missile that seeks out a drone--can hit an incoming boarding drone while it's in space--can also be shot by a defense drone

Anti-drone rocket mk II
* 3 power bars
* fires 2 missiles. Good for taking out defense drones if you can spare the heavy power cost.

Anti-drone drone
* Attacks drones in space with a very weak by very accurate laser weapon. Takes several hits to kill a drone but most of them don't shoot back...
* Two of these wouldn't actually help that much during the second phase flagship fight as they'd kill drones two slowly during the power surge. But they would still be useful there, and it might be fully to kill off half the drones before they disappear anyway. Maybe if this drone is added, the power surge drone wave might contain one of these.

You could basically make an attack drone 1, 2, 3... equipped with any kind of existing weapon.
