I want to know the evasion of my enemy

Maybe to confirm WHY am I missing so many shots, perhaps? Does the player gets an accuracy penalty on Normal?
Not really an accuracy penalty. Both ships have evasion abilities that make it posible to dodge incoming fire. The only penalty there is, is the evasion penalty for either having damaged engines, unmanned engines or unmanned/destroyed helm.
You want to hit a dodging enemy, keep aiming for it's engines or consider withdrawal. Some enemies are tougher than the boss, so estimate your chances before it's too late.
