Suggestion: Multiple Crew Uniforms

I have trouble telling units of the same species apart, which forces me to check who is who after every battle when they move around. It's a minor annoyance, but a reoccurring one.
Why not fix this? I suggest adding multiple crew uniforms, just a palette swap of their clothing to make it appear different colors. Clicking on their picture in the crew menu would change the color of their uniform, and cycle through all the options.
So you could leave your pilot with a purple uniform, put your weapons officer in red, your shield man in blue, and your engineer in yellow, then never confuse who is who.
Species without uniforms, like the nude mantis and rockmen, might instead gain a colored sash across their chest Chewbacca style with their alternate uniforms.
And of course using it would be entirely optional. You'd be able to leave the default appearance for all your crew if you prefer. And it would be up to you what each color stands for.
You could also change uniforms not for a practical reason, but just for aesthetics. Want everyone in badass black uniforms? Sure, you're welcome to do that.
