DSL Idea

I've finished the game and am kinda getting a bit bored of it. I haven't unlocked all the achievements and ships yet, and they are proving a bit difficult.

This idea has probably been thrown out already, but here goes.
I would like to get a random starting bonus for finishing the game - something relatively small like +1 energy at the start, it would make replay easier, and would give motivate me into many game hours if paced slow enough.
If you get to pick the perk after finishing, you would need an extra screen, but I believe this would be pretty easy to code in compared to everything you have done so far, and I'd quite easily pay $3 upwards for the privelage of patching this on.
If you make the bonuses cumulitive, you can add stupidly small ones like 1% scrap boosts which are useless until you've beaten the game a good few times and selected the same benefit each time.

If you do do this, please add a button to the boost selection screen on mission start- we may want to play without boost, or, unlikely, but we may have more boosts than we can equip, depending on how you do things.

I mention the above, but there are, as always, traditional ways of making a bit more dough with a little less effort, so i'll just mention new ships, new story, new race, new encounters, new weapons, new system types, new map layouts.

I do hope you add some sellable content to the game one way or another. It's a nifty little title and you've earned a bit of easier cash, which I'd rather give to an indy developer with a good game under their belt than to someone selling a handful of skins to fund their CEO's next 'business lunch'.
