Game does not launch after playing in my laptop and back to PC.

Hi! I was playing tha game in my laptop, than i try to launch the game in my PC, in wich I play recently, I found that it does not work. I see the initial "Running" next to the game title in my library, then just for a little, less than a second "Synch" and then nothing. I tried to fix it by reinstalling, rebooted the pc, bakc up in the laptop and back in the PC and nothing T_T.
Still works in the laptop.
I play this game in Steam.
Plz help! I love this game.
