Uh I have a sprite that i made with a template of the humans i want your opinion on how it is

Is that the full sprite or just the head? I can't really see much of it.

you cant really see much of any charecter its an over head view. and i think it looks good but you might want to talk to a modder to implement this into the game

Only if you plan on replacing an existing race with it (in this case, humans, since male / female).
Custom races can't be done effectively right now because the existing ones are all hardcoded into the game itself. The only thing you can do right now is replace one sprite sheet with another.
