Unreachable beacon, quest or bug ?

Hello, is it a bug if the top-right beacon is unreachable or a quest makes a beacon appear to make it reachable or something ?

It is not a bug that some nodes are unreachable. According to the devs, it adds some sense of mystery and depth to the game.
However, it is of course a bug that the exit is unreachable, or that a quest marker is unreachable.
If one of the previous two situations occur to you, the best is to immediately save+quit, and send the continue.sav file to the devs so they can try to understand what went wrong.
