[SHIP] Visual change: Engi Cruiser to Mantis Bomber

After playing FTL for a few months I noticed I like drones but I never use the Engi Cruiser.
So I made a slight change while keeping it's stats mostly intact.

The only balance changes:
- different size and layout
- Mantis captain
- for use with Captain's Edition: Mantis Pheromones for 1 Reactor upgrade
For CE I also added an artillery room

Forgot to upload these versions. These are for minimal changes compared to vanilla.
Different visual and layout and 1 Engi/Human gets replaced with a Mantis.
Everything else is as vanilla Engi ships.
