Making a story based FTL mod - Noob Need Help

Hi everyone, this is my first post here!
I'm a fan of mods but i'm 'im new to modding ( i have only have created some games with RPG maker and edited some Skyrim skill mods) and I would like to create a mod with an awesome story for FTL, based on a strong plot, choices and unique characters. And that would also include many easter eggs to space related games/anime/movies
This would mean being at least able to:
1) Customise Events (no more randomly generated event)
2) Customise the Map (each "dot" would need to be a specific location)
3) Customise the writing at the begining of the game
4) Creating plot "Variable" ( if X item/character then Z quest )
And in the best scenario case being also able to :
A) Create Dialogues Windows in RPG style (showing faces of characters)
B) Create new " Boss Batlles" like
C) Expand the map structure
D) Create a more "character focused" battle system (changing stats and skills?)
E) Making it friendly with many other existing great mods like for no rebel pursuing you, having new weapons, ships, backgrounds, ecc..
Could you tell me what kind of Skills/Softwares/Tools i need for the points 1,2,3&4?
Please keep in mind i'm really a beginner and never have dove real coding (but i'm willing to learn), so I need some step by step advice.
And also, if any of the point A-D are even possible, which are the easiest for a noob like me and which are those i shouldn't even think about?XD
