First Ship Mod

I have loved this game and am thrilled to find that it has such a huge community of modders. I am working on a custom ship, the NightHawk.
The rooms I have for certain systems, like the Engine room and Pilot's station are not lining up with the graphics for systems due to the room size. Both of them are 1x2, would not be an issue for the pilots compartment but the alignment is horizontal rather than vertical. Are there custom system graphics for smaller rooms?
