I have used one mod and i made more than 6000 However it was with mode and this mode made game easier.
So i would like to reset score.

You could try reinstalling the game, though I'm not sure whether the profile data is may hosted on Steam itself.

No, it is not hosted on steam.
deleting the profile.sav file will reset your score and stats, but also the ships you have unlocked.

I do not want reset my ships?

Yes ... I put the info up on the wiki, though I'm guessing you're probably not too interested in implementing anything to do it yourself ... and most people aren't interested in editing profiles (rather saves), so I haven't seen much on this.

I never finished playing in C# (so no GUI app), and my C++ stuff doesn't have a GUI (it's more dump/compare/merge stuff for multi-system use). I'm guessing you're on Windows though?

EDIT: The easy solution would be just to find the value and hex edit it to 3 or something, thus nullifying the score entirely.

new solution: move your profile.sav (or delete it... but probably safer to keep it as a backup) start a new game to get a new profile.sav. Visit the thread linked below. Use the profile editor to unlock the ships you had unlocked on the old profile. PRESTO! scores are gone but you still have the ships.
