Problem with full screen

I opened up the game to find a window that was too big to fit my screen, making the game difficult to play. I tried setting it to full screen, only to find an error message saying "Your computer must support a resolution of 1280x720 or higher". I do have a fairly small computer monitor. Is there any way get around this problem, and make it a smaller or re-sizable window? Thank you!

Ah, so you're in the same boat as me. I have the same resolution and have been unable to tweak the game settings to get the game to fit properly. Hopefully the devs can come up with some sort of solution for us, but until then you may have to be satisfied with just sliding the window back and forth as you play. Yes, it is a pain in the neck, but once you get used to it you can really start to enjoy this great game.

I've tried that but it wont work for me.

If you're using the Steam version, there's a patch live right now (version 1.02.5) that might let you play with fullscreen, but it depends on the capabilities of your laptop. The patch will be live for the website builds / GOG builds within the day (I hope).
1280x720 is the minimum resolution requirement as we listed in our system requirements
Very sorry about this, and if you purchased the game from our website I'd be happy to provide you with a refund.
