why when i press save + quit when i reload my game and i continue to play and i die i cannot reload my game
and they have no save+continue in my menu it is normal or what !?!?!?!

This is normal, this is called permadeath. You only get one chance in the game, when you die, you have to start over. The save feature is there only to allow you to stop the game and keep playing later. It is not there to allow you to keep reloading when you die.
