Does it matter which crew member is manning the console?

Or do all members in the system room gain XP?

I'm pretty sure it's only the one at the console. I havent checked but I remember have a full crew and then most of them being killed off near the end and nobody had training. If I get a chance to play a round tonight I'll double check.

Yes it does; only the crew member manning the console will gain XP.
