So I made a ship based off of the fed cruiser A with Super Luminal. Easy. I make rooms for it, apply weapons and touch it up. It is kinda sloppy, but then again it is my first mod. One problem. It looks hideous. Like, it shouldn't, but yellow and black checker boards mess it up. I have no idea why this happens. Any advice would be appreciated. I use SSM for modding and did not design any models specifically for this mod.

You need to set your Glow images. It's been a long time since I've modded so don't remember the specifics, but essentially you're setting what the computer looks like when the system is on or off.
