[MOD] [WIP] FTL: Smooth Edition

FTL: Smooth Edition aims to rextexture all ships and weapons in a way that makes them look 'smoother'.
This mod does not alter gameplay in any way. Instead, it seeks to change the look of FTL subtly. As of right now, very little of the project is done. For now, I'm releasing ship retextures to see how people it.

Damn, that's awesome! I'm very attached to the pixel-art style of FTL, but I'll have to try this out.

I AM aware of how tiny a change to the ships this is, but it's just the first step. I'm planning to alter the UI and menus (if only slightly).

Wow! This mod looks truly amazing!
If you don't mind me asking, how exactly do you create this effect? I kinda want to know so I can 'apply' it to one of the custom ships that I use, if at all possible
