Need help with ship mod (newbie)

I love the stealth cruiser but i want a federation color scheme of the stealth cruiser and two new weapons as you are seeing i need help with a ship but i don't have access to a good paint program and i suck at it anyway and i can't do XML coding. so i need a little help please post here and pm me if you wanna help if you want thanks
