Mini Ion Beam & XR-21 Assassin

I finished my first 2 mods. The first is a new mini Ion Beam. It's a ion-blue beam weapon the same size as the mini beam. It has a rarity of 4.
The second mod is the XR-21 Assassin. It's a regular stealth ship equipped with the new beam weapon so you can immediately give it a try.
