Help!!! Ship blows up at start, 0 hull!

Hello,
I just installed the following mods. I am using the latest SMM, latest Java 64 and Large Address Aware.
After the game launches and I click new game, the ship immediately blows up and I can click start, after I click start the ship has 0% hull and explodes and I get the game over screen.
Where should I start troubleshooting? Go one by one and process of elimination? :/

I think you have like, two different "changes all player ships" mods in there, which is probably confusing the game. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think Ship - AWM Showcase Ships and Ship - Captains Edition Player Ships are supposed to be used together.
Also I believe Module - The Insurrection Expansion isn't complete, so it's probably not compatible with most of the stuff you've got added on.

Thanks, i've removed the AWM ships and Insurrection and I am not blowing up now!
I now have a blank weapon in the #1 slot, its 1 power and pressing 1 doesnt make it fire, if you click it and target, the game crashes with an application run time error.
Whats causing that, and should I just ignore the blank thing?

Hrm, I'm not a modder, so I'm just thinking here on the combo of mods you have...
First off, the Module - Hologram Integration for sMPK can be removed, because CE has a variant of it included by automatic.
Also, I myself have been having issues with sMPK and the latest CE (I get ships with no hull or floors, and no text on anything), so I suspect they're not currently compatible. I don't think sMPK and Shiny! UI Overhaul would play nicely together either, so I'd try taking out the sMPK stuff.

All of them, strangely enough! I haven't battled another ship with it running, but I went into the hanger and none of them had hull or floors, just doors and system symbols. I can grab a screenshot if you like.
The start screen is also a blinding white screen of white, but that's easily navigable despite that.

Yikes.. That's genuinely unlike anything I've ever seen before. My modders intuition is telling me that it's either the presence of some other aspect within the mod order, or something more.. technological. Any info you can throw will come in useful.

Can do! Here's the mod order without Infinite, the same errors occur with Infinite added on.

Here's one of the ships in the Hanger. Also looks like the Rock and Crystal races have somehow been error'd. But yeah, no text, no ship. The buttons are actually still there, I can scroll through ships and start the game, but yeah. It's odd.

Yikes indeed.. well, one thing immediately becomes obvious in that the mod manager has screwed up somewhere, because in the sM, the two missile weapons on the Bulwark are not named Ares and Peryton, those are their names in CE. Instead they are 'Apollo M.' and 'Athena M.'. If they were successfully installed in the order you said (which looks A-OK), they would have been renamed.
So yeah, it looks like something in Slipstream Mod Manager broke.
EDIT: Oh good lord.. I'm not sure how, but I just tested out the CE patch myself and, indeed, none of the weapon alterations are taking place like they should be. This is going to take some investigation into finding out what's gone wrong...
EDIT2: Oh wow.. and there I was panicking that something discreet had changed within 1.5.13. One XML error in the info for Holograms in the CE patch (a missing close tag for the Colour List) made every line after the error not have any effect at all. The fix is uploading as I type. Thanks for spurring on the investigation, I appreciate it.
