Jean-Paul Sartre, our lone hero aboard the Engi B ship, makes one jump, into a nebula, whereupon four humans teleport in. The trusty anti-personnel drone takes on two, and Sartre fights the other pair in the med-bay. The drone gets killed. So, somehow, does Sartre.

I've lost in the first jump against a ship with 2 beam drones against the DA-SR 12. You essentially cannot avoid a couple hits and they took out my weapon before it could fire, then my engines before I could jump, and my cloak before I could... well... cloak.

Then they took out my ship before I could repair.

To be fair, the Stealth B ship is basically asking to be taken out on the first jump.

My first FTL jump on the Torus A: Ion storm.
Pretty much insta-death.
