so iv been trying to get that captains edition mod
but for some reason strip stream mod loader isnt running

when ever i open the application it just shows a blank command prompt screen
shouldnt a window come up asking me to locate my ftl folder or something?

whats wrong what should i do?

Odd. Have you extracted the zip file? SMM won't work correctly if you try to run it while it's still zipped.
Depending on your operating system, make sure that you run modman.exe / modman.command, and not the modman.jar file.
If it's still not launching, look for modman-log.txt in the manager's directory, then post its content here between [ code ][ /code ] tags.
