[AE] Rarity 0 systems still in stores

I have no idea what's wrong, but can someone look at my newest AutoScout update for AE and tell me why (at least) Medbays and Clonebays are showing up in stores? I have them both (and other systems like teleporter. Basically anything that is only useful if you've got crew on your ship) set to Rarity 0 and they still show up in stores.

I'm guessing the devs went overboard with making sure the player could always be able to swap the two that they now have a hardcoded rarity. That's my best guess.

Huh. Oh well. I was hoping the "2 systems in a room" thing was more generic. I guess not
