What mods are working after the latest patch? I ran the Star Wars conversion without problems; but the FTLProfileEditor just crashes.

The 1.5.13 patch didn't make any drastic changes in regard to the original AE patch (that I know of, at least), so all mods that have been updated to AE will work.
The reason the profle editor crashes is due to a slight change in the savegame format that has been introduced in 1.5.13 -- from what I see in my inbox, this particular issue has already been reported more than enough times to make sure Vhati notices it
