So I was screwing around with the Lanius B in FTL:CE.
I was fighting a slaver, when the slaver ff's (term for surrender; its a LoL term) and gives me a mantis.
Of course I take her onto my crew, because Requisition Licence OP, and she (her name was Fiona or something) got to work in the doors.
A few turns later she said she had a kid, and I was like... okay?
I ended up with the male mantis, which was stupidly titled "Son."
Ok...
A few turns AGAIN she said AGAIN she was pregnant.

.
Okay, if you were pregnant, you really can't get pregnant again. At least to my knowledge. So that means that someone on my ship was doing her.

Dismiss every crew member except her, lets see who she can shag now.

BTW im pretty positive you can get pregnant more than once

Maybe Mantis are like aphids and they're born pregnant?
