[SHIPS] [WIP] Old Federation Ships

This mod is actually a series of mods, where I'm turning rebel ships into Federation ships. After all, rebels in general rarely construct their own technology, and they didn't get their fighters from nowhere, but they seem pretty combat-ready for just modified civilian ships. Rather, my idea is that they were originally Federation ships, from when they were first founding their government. The Federation, being allies of Engi and Zoltan, uses ships relying on their technology, leading to being crewed by Federation humans, Engi, and Zoltan. They are also armed with Zoltan Super Shields. Let me know what you think of all of these, and what I should do to existing ones and future ones.
Ship #1: Federation Interdictor-Class crusier- The Endeavor (Rebel Elite Fighter)
One of the first products of the Federation's combined race military, the Interdictor ships were designed for speed and weaponry. The Zoltan equipped them with Super Shields, and the Engi provided technology to power the weapons faster than the current other military fighters. They were primarily used for using their armaments for flying through the brunt of the Mantis or Rock fleets unscathed, while destroying key targets with precise and deadly accuracy. These ships were often deployed in units, where they were most effective. They were used all the way until the Rebels were formed, when they stole the schematics to create some scouts and the Elite fighters.

Ship #2: Federation Epsion-Class Scout- The Martyr
Developed by the Engi, these ships were created as scouts, and lack the room to effectively install systems vital to a cruiser. They depend heavily on their drone system and their heavy ion gun. They were used most commonly in the investigation of the rumored Rebel fleet, when many of them were captured and modified into automated assault and scout ships.
