That is a very cool hull, seriously, well done! And especially nice to see some AE related ship mods come up already.

I love how the front section fuses different designs together and adds this characteristic Lanius touch with the lights. The shading is also excellent. The only "flaw" I noticed is that the glow at the tips of the wings is cut off.

Regarding its loadout:
The hull remotely suggest that this ship design is a joined venture between Lanius, Engi and Rock people, so I'd say that would make a good crew.

All of these factions have stealth tech (well, the Engi at last in the form of the stealth cruiser development) and it looks like a stealth ship anyway, so I'd find this fitting. It could further go into a direction of emphasising AE stuff... There are few stealth boarding ships, maybe a clonebay-mind-control-teleporter combo, with no weapons and shields, but cloak instead? Would probably make a challenging ship.

Also how does the layout look?

Very good hull you got there, could use some work. but it's a good start.

I like the creativity in the use of slicing, with the lan, rock, and stealth ships.
