Having every system there is fully upgraded

My second play with the crystal B and I got 2 scrap recovery arms right in the first sector.
Well what can I see, the ship is really too good.
I took a pass at some fine weapons I could have bought to get this done.
Anyway I expected some secret achievement to pop up when I upgraded the last system
