The Pelican V.0.1.

Just a little sneak peak of things to come, leave suggestions please!

The Pelican is essentially a Kestrel that has been taken in and modified by an Engi crew.

Not so much "modified" as "Our nav system malfunctioned while we were backing out of spacedock, and crashed into your ship. Sorry, Kestrel!" :lol:
Amusing idea though!

Looks very promising, I would add one extra little piece of the Vortex to the ship though, but the idea is brilliant.

Since the OP apparently forgot to mention anything about the ship, I guess I'll do it.

- Replaces the Kestrel A
- Pike Beam and Ion Blast I for weapons
- Anti-Ship I and Anti-Personnel for drones
- Two Engi for crew
- Engi Medi-bot Dispersal from the start
- 9 power bars
- System ranks and layout visible in this screenshot

The drones require four power, but the drone system can only handle three.

The red section, which contains the drone controls, looks awful. There's a weird border of white pixels in-game.

For some reason, the maximum hull is 28.
