problem with plane

yesterday i get card of plane zoltan cruiser i got the card in steam account but i cant play it in the game ... what i should do ?
Firstly, it's a spaceship.... Not a plane.
Secondly, those are steam trading cards which are simply collectible items on steam, they do not actually unlock anything in any game, they are just meant to be traded.
You unlock ships in FTL by doing specific quests in Homeworld sectors, so you have to do the right thing to unlock each cruiser. For example, to unlock the Zoltan cruiser, you must hear out a zoltan peace envoy, giving you a quest to another ship, which you must hail and pick peaceful choices.
