[SHIP] The Shortwing

Hello all!
This is my first post on the forums and, well, I have this fear that I am going to screw up majorly. :oops: Anyways, I have created my first ship! This is the result of me dicking around in Superluminal for a few hours. I thought that I might as well release it into the wild and see what comes of it. I created it as more of a mobile ship/courier ship. Huge thanks to JeffTheBoardingDrone for his awesome hull. And an extra special thanks to 5thHorseman for letting me use his gibs and miniship image. Anyways, hope you like it!
As usual, this ship replaces the Kestrel.

This is a ship focused on being where you need to be, when you need to be there. The 2 Dual Shot lasers should hold their own until you can find better weaponry, just watch out for fires and boarding parties! Without support for teleporters however, some players may have to change their play style.

Looks pretty good. I take it by "no support for teleporters" you mean that it doesn't have a room for them. Your post should probably say what ship it replaces (let me guess, the Kestrel...) but that's a pretty minor mistake. I'll be sure to playtest this at some point.

Did a round with it. Didn't get very far, though, because the game decided I wasn't allowed to get new weapons.

Yeah, from what I found, this ship is going to take a massive beating unless you quickly upgrade the engines or shields. (One game I lost half of my crew and 1/3 of my hull to a fire, thanks slugs).
